Power: In general Tsunade's more or less the typical definition of a ninja, being trained to be an assassin and a ridiculous strong fighter to boot. She's touted as one of the strongest physical characters in the series (such as she's broken a brick wall easily with her fist in canon) and isn't the type to be messed with. She's was considered one of the three most powerful ninja of the time, her particular specialty dealing with medical abilities. She's shown being able to heal anything from a minor wound with chakra (life energy, basically) to being able to perform complicated surgeries to fix a spine that was pretty much bone fragments. Not to mention she's also been shown able to heal an entire stinking village when it calls for it.
Even then she has her limits, typically having a lot of chakra with part of it stored in the diamond on her forehead and able to access it when is necessary. Though the way to release the seal cuts down on her life span considerably every time she uses it, but it also leads to her being able to heal from life threatening injuries. Her appearance is also tied into this, having a youthful appearance by an illusion with the seal itself and when completely exhausted leaving her looking a lot older than she is and completely wiped out on top of that. (With the whole healing the village thing she kind of went into a coma after that for a bit.)
She's also particularly skilled in using poisons as well as counteracting them, having been able to counteract the best poison maker in their world with relative ease.
Other than that she also has a contract formed with the slugs of the world, allowing her to be able to summon various sizes of slugs via a blood sealed contract. This can range from the tiniest of things to one that's probably the size of a skyscraper.
Outside of actual powers she's also shown to be ridiculously intelligent (the databook putting her at a five in that category, the highest it can go) which works very well into her medical knowledge. Her stamina is also rather ridiculous, too, able to keep fighting when she really shouldn't be able to. On top of that she's also proved a capable leader, keeping control of a village of ninja and civilians with a pretty no-nonsense attitude.
Talent: Oh goodness, here we go. Tsunade is pretty much above average in every way to a normal human being, since that's... kind of how her series rolls. She typically tends to favor fighting with her fists or feet (which she wears heels, don't ask how she manages this, I'm not sure) with the ocassional offensive use of medical techniques (has been shown to cut tendons of enemies as well as short circuit their nervous system). Mind you the hand-to-hand is where she excels the most, managing to take down brick walls with her fist really easily and has even broken the ground with a single finger.
Intelligence-wise she's one of the smartest of her world, both in practical knowledge as well as medical knowledge in various fields. She's able to make quick decisions and analyze a battle situation in the heat of battle as well as lead several shinobi in battle with little problems in doing so. Medical knowledge she's claimed to be the best in the world, able to heal pretty much anything that comes her way.
Her willpower is grounded in something unique to her village and to her lineage, the Will of Fire. Which is... actually pretty stupid when you get down to it, but it deals with fighting to the very end and doing whatever is possible. Tsunade's... very... stubborn when it comes to pretty much anything and does not back down from challenges what-so-ever.
Mind you she's not perfect, either. She has flaws like anyone else, particularly having a mark placed on her as The Legendary Sucker as she absolutely fails at any kind of game of chance and if she wins then something bad happens. And it always, always does happen if she wins. She's also very vulnerable to alcoholic drinks, being a pretty prominent alcoholic in the 'verse. There's also the issue of her temper being very short and being prone to physical (she threw a chair out a window...) and verbal altercations.
Equipment: Uhh. She really doesn't have anything, to be fair. Though I guess if you want to count it, as long as she has blood she can more or less form a summoning circle to summon small-ish slugs and her ridiculous skyscraper sized one Katsuyu.

Let's see. I'm familiar with Dungeons and Dragons both 3.5 and 4.0 and played for a bit in college until I had to quit. Also familiar with the My Little Pony tabletop that was recently made, as well. For times available, I'm pretty much available any time that I'm not working (which right now is pretty much one or two days a week if that much). I'm, in particular, a night owl, so weird time zones don't bother me at all.
